My q Tab 850 is dead and is not recognized by windows 7

Hi Experts,
I have QTab 850 (qmobile) and it is dead now.
from few days it was giving me Phone service stopped, the I decide to update its firmware and I read on internet to use SP_FLASH_TOOL. Form some site I have downloaded it firmware and tried to update its firmware using SP_FLASH_TOOL. After an hour with out no response then I removed the device but the result was its dead.
Now when I connect to USB , my PC shows notification USB Device Not Recognize and when I check in device manager it shows details as :This device is disabled because the firmware of the device did not give it the required resources. (Code 29).

I dont know what to do, is there any solution to recover my device :(

Galaxy S4 Can't be recognized by pc.

I have this problem from the day i got this phone from a friend of mine. The moment when i plug it in to the pc it says ''Device has malfunctioned and it can't be recognized'' it remains as an unknown device. I tried the following:
- Different pc's (4) the same result
- Different cables on different pc's
- Factory wipe/reset
- Odin download mode for custom os
Still nothing. I think at some point it was rooted because i cant update firmware from phone because the status is custom but i cant download any apps that require root acces because i dont have anything on it to grant acces , like superuser or so. It's stuck in 4.4.2 and i cant update it. I want to mention that my phone does not have an SD Card mounted.

Nexus 5X recognized by Windows 7 on USB but won't show contents

Device driver installs no problem. Shows "Nexus 5X" under Portable Devices.

But I can't access the storage at all. It just shows blank. Any ideas?
