I have a MXQ quad core TV box that has been running Kodi fine, but recently Kodi when started says 'setting up for first run' then goes black and returns to media home screen. I have looked on Net for causes and one problem can be insufficient memory. When I look at my storage the internal only has 111MB available with 5GB being taken by Miscellaneous. Is this like mobiles where Dumpstate and LogCal hog memory and I periodically use *#9900# to clear these and recover all of my memory? If so how do you get to this hidden menu when the MXQ box does not have a dialler and it is not rooted so you can not delete the files directly? HELP as my box is currently useless!!
