Earbud Microphone Volume Extremely Low

Using earbuds with volume control and microphone, I can't find where to adjust the microphone, and it's really really low. Is there a way to fix it?

And I flashed it to 4.4.2

I tried using HD2 Mic Control, but it said I was missing proc/mic_volume
