[Request][SlimDim feature]

Hey Module Devs can anyone port the Slim Dim feature of Slim ROMs ?

Tapped from my Títan 😀☺😉

looking for an app - call recorder with imap backup feature

Hello,
I want to make backup of all data from my phone - constantly.
I'd like to have it stored on my imap account (not gmail!, I have my own server) (1. scenario)

Another option (2. scenario) is to store on IMAP account only strict communication data - SMS/MMS, call logs, CALL RECORDINGS.
Photos, voice recordings, gpx logs (if I need to create one) etc... may be stored as files in another place

Now I'm trying to use second scenario.
I'm using SMS Backup+Restore for messages and call logs
For other functions I'm using apps which can change store folder - photos etc are in subfolders under my sync folder and FolderSync do its job with my webdav server (may be changed to sftp or sth.
Calendars and contacts are synced with carddav/caldav server

The only thing I cannot do is to record my calls and automatically backup recordings on IMAP account.
Is there such application?
Freeware/Open Source will be additional feature.

If someone knows how to go to scenario 1. (store on imap all data created on my phone - photos, videos, gps logs, voice recordings...) It will be even better.

What does the Dual-SIM feature do?

Considering to upgrade from Note 2 (and possibly Note PRO 12.2) to Note 5. What does the Dual-SIM feature mean in the 64GB Note 5? Does it allow me putting the SIM cards from two different countries and then it will switch the card usage automatically?

Opinions of the App Optimisation feature

Hi, just wondering what people think of this feature, i only noticed it since one of the latest 5.1.1 updates, it’s in the battery power saving options.

My phone keeps asking me to optimise my apps to save battery, basically i think it stops any processes in the background if they aren’t used for a number of days.

I have turned most on to optimise and disabled it off for apps i know i use a lot, i must admit i do kind of think there’s a bit of a difference in my battery life, unless there isn’t and I’m just wishing there was lol.. it feels like there’s a difference though.

I think it said somewhere that it can interfere with any apps you like to get notifications from.

I thought I would see what anyone else thinks of this feature?

Regards

James
