USB Connection Trouble: MTP and OTG is not working ADB connection is working

I have troube connecting my redmi 2 2GB HM 2LTE-CMCC to the computer. When I connect the phone to my computer it says:
Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
and the phone does not show me any popup it just start charging

I already tryied:

• developer mode usb debugging on and off


• different cable


• diffrent usb port


• different computer Win7 x32, Win 7 x64 and Win10 x64

I also tried diffrent rom

• xiaomi.eu_multi_HM2014813_5.9.18_v7-4.4


• xiaomi.eu_multi_HM2014813_V6.5.2.0.KHJCNCD_v6-4.4


• xiaomi.eu_multi_HM2014813_V6.6.3.0.KHJCNCF_v6-4.4


• xiaomi.eu_multi_HM2014813_V7.0.9.0.KHJCNCI_v7-4.4

The strange thing is that I can comunicate with the phone, wehn it is in fastboot mode.
I was able to connect the phone to the computer and overwrite the recovery image wit cwm.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
