[req] Visual notification app

My apologies mods if this is against the rules. I couldn't seem to find any rules for this subforum.

Since we don't have a LED Notification light and I am missing one hardcore. Do anyone know of a app that will create a notification on the actually screen itself. Like a pulsing white dot, anything really.
