[Q] Rooted+Installed Gummy... Samsung flipcase no longer turns the screen off/on

After rooting and installing Gummy ROM, my flip case for my phone no longer functions with the phone itself. What do I need to make the flip case turn the screen on/off when I open/close the cover?
