Note 4 5.1.1 : MX Player closing in showbox when soundlevel above 10

Whenever i watch a movie in showbox and i turn the soundlevel above 10 mx player closes after a few seconds. Can somebody help me. I have a note 4 SM-910F android 5.1.1.
