Multiple batteries at once

Dear XDA,
I have an s4 clone, and after a little messing about here and there, trying to install a custom recovery, a couple of stuff and i ended up with a recovery i cant access (looks like there is no recovery at all) and seems like i wiped my imei. The phone is cracked and the gyro doesn't work, so this is an experiment phone. I was thinking of wiring a few of my old phone batteries into that and taping/gluing them to the back. It might look hideous but it is an experiment. I have wired a bigger battery to another phone, positive to positive, negative to negative, and the central data wire to data. Worked flawlessly without any calibration or anything of that sort.
My question is, if i wire everything together, will all batteries charge? Do i need to edit some files to make it work perfectly? two of the batteries are 2500mAh and the main phone battery is 2100mAh. they don't have to work to the full extent, but at least give the phone some power. I use the phone as an ip webcam and monitor my WiFi with it so it just sits at home. What would be the best option to do without any kernel tweaks? I do not mind charging times, I do not mind the looks and shape, I just need it to boost my battery performance. Any help, ideas, links, etc. would be very handy
Thank you.
