Help needed to unbrick ME170C

i bought Asus memopad 7 (ME170C) last month yesterday while updating to lolipop from OTA officially it got crashed and went into the bootloop
i'm unable to wipe memory/factory reset it shows deadbot error
i'm unable to apply any update from Sd card it show deadbot aswell

i have contacted Asus technical support but they said software errors are not covered by warranty

i have access to the fastboot and it is showing the following errors

E:Unable to open debricking
E:Unable to open pos_enable
