De-installed apps with Titanium Backup pro come back after reboot

Hello,

I want to de-install some apps and themes/wallpapers with Titanium Backup pro, but after a reboot, the apps and other files are back. Anyone else who have encountered this? And is there a sollution so the deleted files won't come back at all?
