Hi I have an unrooted note 3 at&t I cant hear anything only from my voice calls and they cannot hear me. If I use google hangouts to make a call or skype it works perfectly fine I can hear everything and they can hear me on both speakers.
1. I have done a factory reset.
2. I have wipe flashed kit kat using odin.
3. I have tried disabling all sounds in access
4. I checked sim slot and is perfectly fine can use data and can make phone calls.
I have tried all these things multiple times and still dont know what is going on. I have not dropped my phone, has never been wet, never been put by a big magnet. Please if someone can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you. Also att wont replace it.
