Any proper download managers ?

Hi guys, I was wondering if there's any proper download manager available for the Windows Phone ? There are a few phony 'download manager' apps, but they're all bogus ... I need one which at least has the capability to import all the URLs that you want to download from a text file, instead of requiring you to type all of them in one by one ...
