ADB Sideload not working can boot into TWRP no OS or ROM on phone

I have accidentally deleted the OS on my N5 and I have no ROM.zip files on my SD. And ADB sideload doesn't work and neither doesa OTG. Please help me. I have done this many times before but now I am stumped. :)
