ERROR - Processing of system.sin finished with errors on M4 Aqua Dual (16GB)

After i flashed E2333_26.1.B.2.147_R5A_Nordic Generic_1296-2317.ftf which finished without error
but some apps were 0 byte large including play store so i thought
i just flash another one but on every E2333_26.1.B.2.147_*.ftf i try to flash i got this error msg :

even on the first one i already flashed successfully.
Tried meanwhile :

• downloaded E2333_Customized FR_1293-7732_26.1.B.2.147_R9A and created new bundle


• flashtool version 0.9.19.8-windows.exe with or without patch.

so what could i do to get the phone working again ?
