HELP !!!! Stuck at bootloader

I NEED YOUR HELP! :(
I was running a stock rooted GPE ROM firmware 4.04.1700.4
while manually trying to install an OTA update, one time my device rebooted and went straight to the bootloader screen, and never got back to android!!!!!

I tried SO MANY solutions,

• flashing RUU --> didn't work


• updating the firmware to 4.04.1700.6 and THEN flashing the relative RUU --> didn't work


• updating firmware, then installing custom recovery, then flashing ROM --> didn't work

I have tried so many different ROMs, such as stock gpe - SkyDragon stock gpe (this one I had it installed SUCCESSFULLY till the end....and I could see occupied space inside the recovery!!)
EVERY TIME when it reboot it goes straight to bootloader
