Fix double tap power button to launch camera locking up device

People complained that the new Nexus devices lock up when using double tap of the power button to launch the camera then later exiting the app. To avoid this just head to security settings and uncheck "power button instantly locks" and your issue should be solved. Hit thanks :p Simple fix basically
