Xposed Help

Thanks for reading this post, the questions i want to ask are:
Is xposed compatible with my s5 mini with cyanogenmod 12.1?(g800f,i install that custom rom here from xda developers)
If yes,what do i need in order to install xposed framework?(something like custom recovery or anything else)
(sorry for the bad english,english's teacher in italy suck)
