Wi-Fi can't stop turning on, eventhough the Wi-Fi is still off.

Hello. I am the noob one in here. please, I cant fix it..
I dont know why my lg g3 wifi can't active, in the menu there is caption "Turning Wi-Fi on ..."
But it still none happening, pls anyone know to fix this problem?:(
