What is the current gpad 8.3 model WiFi version

I am looking to upgrade from my nexus 7 2013 32gb to an lg gpad 8.3. From what I remember, is that it had the same specs as the nexus 7. But now I think I'm seeing a newer version, but has a lower resolution and only 1 gb of ram. I'm confused so someone help me.
