This is my review of the Tronsmart USB rapid car charger. This is a Qualcomm 2.0 rapid charge charger with 2 ports. It comes with 2 USB cords as well in the box, which was a nice surprise. The Note 5 does recognize this as a "rapid charger".
I got the rapid charger to try out and compared it to an OEM Samsung USB charger. I found that the Tronsmart rapid charger charges at a rate of about 1% per minute. This is pretty good. If you take a 10 minute car ride, you will gain roughly 10% to 11% charge. This can be very useful to get a quick juice-up when needed. The Samsung charger charges at a slightly lower rate, about 7% charge gained over 10 minutes.
The charger seems well built. It is nice and compact, and gives you not just the one rapid charge port, but 2. I highly recommend it. 10/10 here.
