Shortcuts to Settings

I regularly divert my incoming calls to my business phone when sitting at my desk, especially when working from home.

To do so requires me to access:
settings/call/more settings/call forwardng/voice call/always forward/enable/select number

Is there anyway to create a shortcut on my home screen which would take me straight to the end point?
