so over the weekend i dropped my phone and the screen got shattered. phone still turns on but the touch screen does not work meaning i cant answer phone calls and respond to texts nothing that involves using the screen. so for now i switched to my g4 and was planning on sending my pure back to get replaced by motorola. One thing im having trouble with is trying to disable my alarm on the phone lol i cant get it to turn off so right now its stuffed under some blankets and pillows. I did not set up the volume keys for snooze also i cant turn the phone off holding the power button only restarts it. So anybody have any ideas? Also motorola wants me to do a factory reset to clear all my data but not sure if i can since i cant use the screen.
