Samsung Note 4 (N910F) 5.1.1 does not boot up, recovery is accessible, problem exist

Hi, after a recent update to 5.1.1 my phone worked fine for 1 month. recently the phone started to reboot itself. After this the phone never booted up until I placed it on the charger. Even then, it did not boot up normally but simply the battery light kept flashing and the phone vibrating. this is bizzare as I do not find anyone with this problem.

I was able to get into recovery mode only when plugged in and did all the following

- delete the cache partition
-factory reset

The phone did not boot up even then. Without charger connected, the phone is dead even when the battery is charged 30-40%. When plugged in, I could get into the download mode, and then I flashed the stock firmware (DBT version) via odin. The flashing ins successful, but at the reboot stage the phone is still in reboot loop. When i n recovery boot, I can see the error message "dm-veritfy failed".

Even now the phone is dead without charger plugged. When charger is plugged in then I can get into recovery mode, download mode, and if not turned on then the batter charging icon keeps flashing. BUT Phone does not boot up.

Any help.. I have tried flashing it many a times. The Note 4, is vietnam made, but is DBT (german version). I am in India now and the service center will not look at it here. I have never rooted the phone and knox warranty is void so I am not bothered to try anything. Please help.
