[Request] COS 12.1 (oneplus 5.1.1) dialernext with integrated truecaller port

Hey, can anyone port the Dialer from oneplus one/two on any cm 12.1 based rom. Please can anyone help me with that... Its a awesome feature and I wonder why Noone did that till date... Please devs.....:(:confused::(
