Reboot when try to acsess internal storage with any file manager !

Hi all, my sister have buy a new m7 from some days ago, and i want to modified them but unfurtunatelly, new m7 got hboot v1.61 so strong to s-off (need to donate to sunshinee), so i decided to not s-off them, then i want to root without unlocking the bootloader, just to remove some google bloatware such as drive, docs, etc etc, then i download kingroot from xda, just want to try to root them, then i open root explorer to browse apk and install, but after open file manager just for some second that device reboot automaticly, maybe root explorer make some wrong data, then i decided to uninstall them, then i use htc file manager to browse kingroot.apk but the result are same as root explorer, make one m7 reboot, now i factory reset that device and i hope reboot problem clear now ..
