Problem in Rocording voice notes & download or receive images in apps like whatsapp

When I try to record a voice msg in whatsapp after setup s6 styled s5 v3 room .. a massage appears tell me that I can't record a voice note right now !! The same happen when I try to send a photo also while receiving a massage !
And while call with the loudspeaker the mice don't work !
