Need help getting H95011x to 11z from AT&T



I cannot get a rep to push the update for me. I have called three times, asked to be escalated, showed them their own webpage stating the detail and still no success. Has anyone been able to say the magic words with AT&T to get 11z pushed to you? I know there is the AT&T MVNO route but I'm already an AT&T customer and it shouldn't be this hard.
