MT2L03 stuck on B146

Sorry if this is already answered, but I searched around and couldn't find it.

I tried to flash to CM12, but I have too old of a bootloader.

I reverted everything to stock, but I have never been able to get any OTA updates.

I downloaded the 322 update from huawei's site (from her http://consumer.huawei.com/us/suppor...x.htm?id=52043) but when I try to install it from my SDCard I get the following error:

oemsbl version list check error!
'E ,write data error
Error:update.app is a invalid package
Error:SD card update failure,SD card update abort!

My end goal is to get on CM12 or some other rom that lets me get rid of all of the stock rom craziness.

Any ideas or can someone point me in a direction?
