Hi my phone wifi won't turn on, mine is motog first gen purchased on jan 2014 XT1033. I did factory reset, tried turning on airplane mode and then turn off and turn on wifi, tried on safe mode, tried factory reset with automatic restore off and on, did sequential test and in that the wifi says starting wlan scan and just sits there forever. After all this I still have the issue in which wifi says turnng on. WPS Push button says failed. I have taken bug report of wifi turning on and for WPS Push button failed events. Now dont know how to proceed. KIndly help
