Suddenly out of the blue, my speaker volume went down so now I can't hear anything from the phone. No ringtone, no speakerphone, no music. I did a factory reset and the software upgrade as well.
My question to you guys is how good is the Motorola RMA?
Also how common is the hardware defects. This is the first moto phone I have bought and the speaker is busted in 6 months already.
