How to remove HK keyboard from G3 32GB

I'm trading in my phone at a shop shortly, but they won't accept a phone if an English keyboard isn't default on the device.

The default keyboard language on my 32GB G3 is for Hong Kong. Even though to me the English keyboard is easily accessible, is there any way of removing this default, or remove the HK keyboard entirely? I've flashed the appropriate European 32GB software but this still does the same.
