how to fix google play store no connection error after clear data of GSF in (4.4.4kk)

i have cleared data of google service farmawork in my rooted grand neo plus( kitkat 4.4.4 )
and it shows no connection error in playstore
whenvr i open playstore it shows
please check your connection and try again

i have tried every possible tricks found in google
even i tried factory reset and host editing(adding # ) trick
removed gmail ac and re added it
clear data of playstore
uninstall updates or every thing
but still it shows no connection

is it caused for clearing data of google service farmawrk??
please give a solution to fix this no connection error
