Fastboot and Flashtool problems

so at first adb works but fastboot wont on my pc under windows 10 64 bit.
My phone is recognized in ADB but not in fastboot.


The other thing is that Flashtool wont sho up my firmware or anyithing flashable when i search the directory from where to flash.

Any suggestions? Thanks :D
