Desire 601 ALLTELL

The only Rom I can find that will flash with no problems is "STOCK_ODEX_ROOT_HTC_ZARA_UL_601_2.14.1401.86_V.1. 0.1".
This is the European Stock Rom /w root and supersu installed.
AIDA64 reports that it's a just zara now. no CL or UL.
What am I doing wrong? Cant get any other roms to install. And ive tried them all. CM12 came the closest, actually booting to the CM12 logo, then hanging.
My other device is a 610 pos from AT&T.
Any help would be greatly appreciated before I scratch all the hair out my head. LOL.
