[DIY] carbon fibre composite case & integration to 3d printed wireless car charger

Been looking for case with real molded carbon fibers for a while. Best I found was carbon fiber leather in through other topic here.
So this just might be the only one ever made for N5 with real carbon fiber composite and high gloss surface. If not, please help me finding similar. Ironically I broke my screen week before getting this complete.

Note that Ive been reading xda for some years now but this is my first actual post here. I have pics of every step but cant add pics or links here. Maybe someone can help me and put them in comments?

1st step, make 3d model or find something usable. This time I decided to go with latter...
1) order cheapest nice looking hard case from china.
2) put it in support, paint and make glass-epoxy mold from it
3) resin infusion with epoxy and nice 3K twill carbon
4) spray clear coat, cut edges, feels bit slippery in hand but after seeing it I just couldn't make semi-gloss version out of it. Just like original, its snap on fit, not perfect due to material being harder than original plastic but it stays in place and work really well. If I scratch or drop it I can always polish it or even clear coat more if needed, I doubt I can ever actually crack it by dropping it.
5) in addition i put 10x1mm neodymium magnets in it (nice Chinese tolerances) to make sure it holds on my magnetic car charger I made out of cheap chinese charger by 3d printing dock to suit my N5. I had to modify charger base edges a bit from original but now the cover fits there well and stays were firmly in place due to double magnets. I could even shake it a bit upside down. I didnt measure whether charging got any slower, but frankly if it works I really don't care if its bit slower due to more distance now. Now I'm tempted to make new more neat looking design and print one more charger dock. Even if its made for this purpose it now looks cheap against the phone cover.
