Can my SGS5 download directly on my PC HDD?

I only have 4GB of space left on my SGS5 External SD Card and 2GB of space left on my SGS5 Internal SD Card. Is there a way I can download something onto my PC through SGS5 that is 10GB in size? 10GB won't fit on my SGS5 due to lack of space, BUT if it would download direclty onto of my PC's drives (like my HDD), then it would definitely fit. Is something like that possible???

I know USB Tethering would be easier, but I am afraid of extra costs...
