buy advice for dual sim phone for unlock bootloader && rom upgrade...

i want to buy dual sim phone but want to easy unlock bootloader and change rom, can any one help me?my prefers; at least 2 gb ram and 13 mp camera but especially unlock bootloader easy and easy rom update?thanks.
