Bricked samsung galaxy note 2 n7105

Hello.
I tried to flash a custom rom and it is now stuck in a this place called manual mode which I think is recovery mode?
Can anyone tell me how to fix it? The screen states the following:

apply update from ADB
apply update from external storage
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
